Find out immediately if your training is too intensive or too fast. Observe and compare TRIMP (TRaining IMPulse), duration, distance or elevation gain to assess the impact of each session over various periods: the last 7 days, the last 12 weeks, or the previous year.

- Trainr works without an Apple Watch, but this accessory is recommended to make full use of the functionalities and to collect essential data.
